How do I place an Order?
- Submit the online Subway To Go catering request.
- Call the Subway on campus directly at (951) 827-4140.
- Visit our Subway location on campus and one of our management staff will assist you with your order
How do I know my order was received?
A Subway manager will contact you via phone within two hours for orders placed during normal business hours. If order is received after hours, you will be contacted on the following morning.
Do I have to wait in line when I pick up my order?
No, simply walk up to the cashier and let them know you are picking up a catering order. They will notify the manager on duty to help you with the payment and pick up.
What are my payment options?

Do you have weekend pick up?
We offer pick up service 7 days a week during our normal hours of operations. For pick up prior to opening hours on the weekends, please speak with one of our Subway management staff for arrangements.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do offer a delivery service with a minimum purchase of $50.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes there is a fee for the delivery service. The fee will vary according to the amount of purchase. Pricing structure:
- $50 - $125 = $15.00
- $126 - $250 = $30.00
- $251 - $500 = $50.00
- $501 and above will vary
What hours is delivery service available?
Delivery service is available during the following hours:
- Monday - Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Please contact a Subway manager for availability, if you wish to have your catering order delivered outside of the designated delivery service hours.
Do you deliver to all parts of campus?
We try our best to provide service to all UCR locations and buildings on campus; however, there are some locations we are unable to deliver to. Please contact a Subway manager at (951) 827-4140 to determine if your campus location is within our delivery radius.
