Please use this online order form if you do not have a valid login for EMS. Please note that your order is not confirmed until you receive a reservation summary via email from a CRATE team member. Please allow 48 hours from the time you plan to pick up your order. In the event you need an order ready prior to the 48 hours required, please call us at (951) 827-5766 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Large orders of 20 platters or more require a minimum of 72 hours notice. We accept credit/debit card (Visa & MasterCard) and check payments.
